- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (500 gr)
- 1/3 cup raisins (50 gr)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (65 gr)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Extra virgin olive oil

- To roast the Brussels sprouts you can both sauté them in a pan or put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
