Method
- Soak the raisins in warm water
- Cut the brussel sprouts in 4 and cook them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, once they are cooked drain them.
- In a pan add: extra virgin olive oil, two cloves of minced garlic, the brussel sprouts, the chopped walnuts, salt, pepper and the drained raisins.
- Sautée everything for about 10 minutes on high heat, until your brussel sprouts are golden and crispy.
- Enjoy your healthy and delicious side dish!
